Our Story
Established in Vancouver, Canada in 2000 by owners Glenn Taylor and Leslie Lee, Orb is an extraordinary Canadian-based company, employing talented and driven individuals fully engaged in their passion of designing, developing and delivering lasting quality apparel, relationships and services. Orb strives to provide uncommon value and contribution to retailers, end users, suppliers, employees and partners and is proud to uphold these core values of the company. Enabling the success and exceeding the expectations of the people and companies Orb chooses to do business with is the sole purpose for the company’s success in the past, present and future.
Orb is empowering. The intent of Orb is to inspire all to live empowering lives of generosity; creating and attracting brilliance, beauty and well-being. The Orb design triad of mind, body and soul represents an active, fashion-forward lifestyle, designed to enhance the momentum of people engaged in living purposeful lives – to live like you mean it!
Orb collections offer a fashionable sports-inspired clothing line to over 300 stores across Canada, the US and in Europe for thoughtful, energized and inspired women. Orb’s reach continues to grow as our retail and industry partnerships flourish.
Orb has united with an inspiring list of not-for-profits, women’s groups, children’s groups, educational efforts and most recently has announced its alliance with Free The Children (freethechildren.com). Orb’s purpose beyond self is to ensure a portion of all profits from the revenues of its outerwear program are allocated to promote the FTC ‘We Schools in Action’ initiative. Providing support for children to learn, then teach and inspire others flows close to Leslie’s heart. It is her intention to align Orb fully with the importance of sound education for our youth.
